TOS can be updated.Please read this before discussing a commission with me.By paying for the commission, you agree to the following terms of service.

GENERAL

I accept commission requests via VGen commissions form or direct messages.
For corporate/project orders, where meeting deadlines is assumed, I accept requests via email.

PAYMENT

✿ I accept payments in USD ($), or NOK (to be discussed).
✿ VGen/PayPal invoice by me:
100% prepayment for orders < $100
50/50 payment for orders > $100✿ Commission can be cancelled with a refund, excluding the processor's fees, between order placement and my start of the work on it.
✿ Commission cannot be returned or refunded after I have started work on it, as well as after final delivery.

ORDER PROCESS

✿ Queue:
I work via order and waitlist queues.
If commissions are closed, it means the order queue is full, and you can only join the waitlist. I will contact you to receive payment once I'm ready to start your commission within the month, and will move you to the order queue after payment.
Time in the waitlist leading up to receiving the invoice can vary, but you can assume that every artwork slot above yours takes around 2 weeks.If you wish, you can skip both the waitlist and the order queue and have your commission worked on immediately by choosing the "Priority and fast delivery" add-on.In my commission queue, you can view the queues, the commissions that are in progress right now, and how many there are before you.✿ By default, I offer commissions in SKEB-STYLE (surprise commission with my full artistic freedom, no WIP updates and mistake fixes only).
I am the kind of person who gets excited to deliver surprise art, trying to impress the customer, and that generally results in faster delivery and a better piece. If you are fine with it, then:
— Send me your character/theme/idea;
— (Optional) You can share information about your character, such as their personality/backstory. This will help me to better understand the character and will affect how I depict them;
— Wait.If you choose to have a specific result and receive WIP updates (Standard Commission), then please additionally provide:
— References, text or image, for background or other specific details;
— "Top 5" character/background features most important to you, if any, which I will make sure to watch out for in the commission. Please do not include composition suggestions.✿ While ordering, please let me know:
— If you have specific image size requirements. My standard canvas sizes are 16:9, 21:9, landscape or portrait orientation;
— If you prefer your name to be kept private. By default, I assume that no.✿ Once the commission is done, you will receive watermarked low-res and full-res 4-8k JPG files of the finished commission via email or Google Drive. Other format versions can be shared upon request.✿ Timings:
Unless meeting a certain deadline is paid for, depending on the complexity, one order can take from 2 days to 2 months, from start to finish, once I get to you in the order queue. I will inform you in case I have to postpone the order process past the usual timing.

ADDITIONAL INFO

✿ Modifications:
You can change any details about your commission at any time before I start working on it, such as:
— Information about character, or character as a whole;
— Background details in case of background illustration commission;
— Upgrade type of commission or include additional add-ons by paying the difference;
— Downgrade with a refund of related partial costs.During the process, if you opt to receive WIP updates, you can offer suggestions. More changes are allowed at earlier stages, but closer to the finished state, some changes become much more difficult to make.
I'm happy to make minor changes to the finished commission within reason. However, bigger changes may require additional fee, if they were not due to my mistake, or a new commission.✿ Loyalty Discounts:
For every 3 commissions costing more than $150, you will receive a progressive discount on your future commissions (10%-30%).✿ After sending the finished commission, I wait one (1) week for your approval. After this period or receiving the approval, I consider the commission closed, and no more changes can be made without a fee.✿ I retain the right to refuse the commission, or cancel and fully refund the paid commission at any time for any reason, including inappropriate behaviour, not meeting the terms of the private arrangements or TOS, and personal reasons.

LEGAL INFORMATION

✿ I exclusively retain all rights over the art I create, including finished commissions, sketches and drafts.✿ Commissioned art is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, so:
— You are welcome to use your commissioned art as you please within personal use cases (e.g., use it as icons, banners, reference, personal prints, etc.). You can reupload the art as well, but please use only the low-res watermarked version for that.
— You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form (physical, digital, print, NFT), nor use it in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace under any circumstances, unless you have my express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so.✿ I do not consent or allow the use of my art for ML training or AI prompts.✿ Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetise the commissioned art in any way I choose, such as marketing on my social media and other sources, digital and print sales.
However, I claim no intellectual rights over your original characters.
